BATAM_Foreign travelers entering Batam through international ferry terminals must now complete an arrival declaration using the All Indonesia application before arriving in Indonesia.

The Indonesian government officially implemented this rule on September 1, 2025, at major international entry points, including Batam.

The policy is part of Indonesia’s integrated digital arrival system, which now operates at international airports and seaports across the country.

Through All Indonesia, the government aims to simplify the arrival process for international passengers in one unified platform.

With this system, travelers no longer need to fill out separate arrival forms after landing or docking in Indonesia. Immigration, customs, health, and quarantine declarations are now integrated into a single digital application.

The regulation is especially important for travelers visiting Batam for holidays, business trips, or transit from nearby countries such as Singapore and Malaysia.

Completing the declaration before departure can help speed up the arrival process and reduce waiting time at immigration checkpoints.

What Is All Indonesia?

All Indonesia is Indonesia’s official digital arrival declaration system for international travelers.

After completing the form, travelers will receive a QR code that must be shown during arrival inspections at airports or ferry terminals.

Passengers can complete the form up to three days before arriving in Indonesia. The government does not charge any fee for the declaration process.
